Terms of Service
Terms of use of the BLESS VPN service: the cyrvony.tech website, the customer account, the apps and the VPN network. By registering you accept these terms; the accepted version is stored in your account. The Russian version is the primary one.
1. Parties
Provider: 0Z CLOUD, the BLESS VPN service, website cyrvony.tech, email support@cyrvony.tech.
User: the person who registered the account. The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. Disputes are first handled through support. If a dispute is not resolved, it is heard by a competent court at the place where the service control server is hosted (the Netherlands), unless mandatory law of the user's country requires otherwise.
2. What the service includes
- The customer account: ordering and paying for a subscription, managing devices, order history and support requests.
- Access to the BLESS VPN network through the BLESS VPN apps on devices, within the plan's device limit.
- Apps for the target platforms (macOS, Windows, Linux, Android, iOS). Not every platform is ready: availability and build status are shown in the app catalogue on the website. You can download an app before paying; connecting requires an active subscription.
The website shows the state of your subscription and devices, but it is not an indicator that the VPN connection works. The actual connection is checked in the app.
3. Account
- An account is created with an email address and a password of 12 to 72 characters. You must verify the email through the emailed link before buying or connecting devices.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and your mailbox secure: account recovery goes through your email.
- One email address — one account. Changing the email in the account is not supported yet.
- Account deletion is available in the account under “Your data” («Ваши данные»), with the “Удалить аккаунт навсегда” (delete account permanently) button (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Plans, payment and subscription period
- Price, currency, subscription period (in days) and device limit are shown in the account before you order and are fixed in the order.
- The subscription is prepaid. To renew, place a new order from your account. Automatic renewal applies only if the user turned it on when paying (the “Save the card and renew automatically” box): then on the last day of the paid term the price of the next term of the same plan at the current price is charged to the saved card, the user is notified by email 3 days in advance, and a declined charge is retried no more than 3 times. The user can turn auto-renewal off or remove the card in the account at any time; a charge started before that completes as an ordinary payment.
- Payment happens on the MoonlightPay payment page. The page is valid for 30 minutes. Returning from the payment page to the website does not by itself mean the payment succeeded.
- Access is granted after the provider confirms the payment and is then delivered to the VPN nodes. The order state is visible in your account. If the state has not updated yet, do not pay for the order again.
- The subscription period starts when the payment is confirmed. If the subscription is still active, the renewed period is added to its end.
- You cannot change plans during an active subscription: only the current plan can be renewed. Creating an order for a different plan during an active subscription is rejected. If such a payment still goes through, it does not grant access; an operator reviews it and refunds it in full (see refunds). You can order another plan after the current period ends.
- Payment confirmation is shown in the account as the order and payment state. The service does not generate a separate fiscal receipt or invoice; the payment provider issues a payment document if it issues one for that payment.
5. Devices
- Each device is connected with its own single-use link or QR code from the account. The device key is generated on the device; the service receives only its public part.
- The number of connected (non-revoked) devices is limited by the plan. Revoking a device frees a slot for a new one.
- You can revoke a single device in your account without affecting the others.
6. Availability and limits
- The network currently has four VPN exits (Finland, France, USA, Russia), each with two transports. This is the current configuration, not a promise that all routes are available at the same time.
- VPN operation depends on the network your device is connected to. The service does not guarantee access from every network or to every resource.
- Technical limits on the connections of a single subscription protect the network.
- There is no availability percentage and no automatic downtime compensation. If access cannot be provided because of a fault on our side, you may request a refund of the affected payment under the refund rules.
7. Acceptable use and suspension
You must not use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others, to attack the service's network or its users, to distribute malware, to scan or exploit other systems, to commit fraud or phishing, to share access beyond the plan limit, to bypass the service's technical limits, or to overload the network.
The operator may suspend an account for a breach of these rules, payment fraud or chargeback abuse, a legal requirement, or a threat to the network. We notify you by email and in the account when possible; for an attack or fraud, immediately. While suspended, connected devices lose VPN access and buying or connecting new devices is unavailable; sign-in, order history and support remain available. Operator actions are logged.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling an unpaid order and refunding a payment are described in Order cancellation and refunds.
9. Support and claims
Requests are accepted in the Support section of your account (categories: billing, connection, account, other) and at support@cyrvony.tech. Replies appear in your account. We reply on business days. Send a claim to support first; if there is no reply or the dispute is not resolved, section 1 applies.
10. Liability
The service is provided as described in these terms and as the current version works. We do not promise access from every network or to every resource. We are not liable for the user's network, device or software, or for third-party sites and services. The operator's liability for a claim about a subscription is limited to the amount paid for the period the claim concerns, except where applicable law does not allow that limit.
11. Changes to the terms
A new version is published on the website with its date. Material changes take effect 7 days after publication, or immediately if required for security or by law. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the new version. The version of the terms accepted at registration is stored in your account.
