Service status
Your browser checks the account and subscription service when the page opens or when you press the button. Below are the operator's incident reports. There is no history, availability percentage or recovery time here: the service does not measure them yet.

Incidents
- The operator's messages are loaded by the page script.
What the result means
- Available — the server answered
GET /api/v1/healthand confirmed that the account and order database is reachable. - Unavailable — the server answered with an error: sign-in, orders and payment do not work right now.
- Could not check — there was no usable answer (network, too many checks or an unexpected response). This does not mean the service is down; try again later.
- New subscriptions paused — the operator has temporarily closed sales. Paid subscriptions, sign-in and access delivery keep working.
- Payments on — new subscriptions can be paid on the live merchant.
- Test gateway with sales open — sales are open, but checkout uses the provider test terminal, not the live merchant.
- No data — the server did not say whether payments are open.
- VPN by country — the same catalog as the landing page. “Working / Problems” comes from a fresh soak probe when one exists. A country without a probe stays listed as “No data”. Russia serves domestic destinations only, not a general-purpose exit.
How incidents are published
Incident reports are written by an operator by hand, with start and end times. They are not part of the automatic check: no report does not guarantee that everything works.
What this page does not check
Your VPN connection, email delivery, the payment provider and the apps — the operator reports problems with them under “Incidents”. For connection problems use the Support section of your account and Help.
The checks are ordinary requests to the website without cookies; they are recorded in the web server log without the IP address (see Privacy Policy, section 6).
